• Surround your guests with luxury by supplying fresh linen sheets and towels.
• Keep clutter and accessories to a minimum so guests have room for their own belongings.
• Make room for suitcases and bags.  A luggage rack is always useful.
• Make sure there are sturdy hangers and plenty of room for your guest’s clothes in the closet.
• Remove all the cast-offs that have made its way into the guest room.
• A proper reading lamp is essential to guest friendly room.
• An ipod docking station is always a nice touch.
• Have extra toiletries tucked away in a drawer.
• Add fresh flowers, a little snack  and a carafe of water just before your guest arrives.
